Dr. Robert Dugger II has built an impressive career as a board-certified psychiatrist in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Born and raised in Miami, Dr. Dugger's journey into the field of medicine began with his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, where he earned a B.A. in Biology and Political Science in 2006.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on healthcare, Dr. Dugger pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy at New York Medical College, which he completed in 2008. He then went on to earn his M.D. from Stony Brook University School of Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Dugger completed his postdoctoral residency and fellowship training in New York through the Northwell Health System and the Bronx Care Health System. He was recognized as Chief Fellow in Child Psychiatry at Bronx Care, showcasing his exceptional performance and leadership skills.
Throughout his career, Dr. Dugger has held various professional positions, including serving as a research assistant at Stony Brook University School of Medicine and Columbia University. As a researcher, he focuses on medical education, U.S. health policy, and child and adolescent addiction, co-authoring several reports and presenting findings at research symposiums and conferences.
Dr. Dugger is fluent in English and Spanish and outside of his professional life he enjoys Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, hiking, sailing and sportfishing. With his impressive educational background, diverse clinical experience, and strong commitment to research and education, Dr. Robert Anthony Dugger II continues to make significant contributions to the field of psychiatry and the lives of his patients.
Originally from New York, Erin's passion for nursing flourished in the heart of New York
City, where she pursued her undergraduate education and launched her nursing career.
She honed her skills as a Registered Nurse at the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical
Center and NYU Langone Winthrop Hospital, specializing in neurosurgery.
Driven by a desire to expand her impact and scope of practice, Erin furthered her
education, earning her Master of Nursing from Stony Brook University. This pivotal step
propelled her into a rewarding 10-year tenure as a nurse practitioner with Northwell
Health, where she provided compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients.
In 2021, Erin and her family embarked on a new chapter, relocating to the shores of
Sarasota. Here, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, indulging in beach outings,
exploring nature trails, and creating lasting memories with her husband and children.
Erin's unwavering dedication to her profession defines her approach to patient care,
ensuring a holistic and empathetic experience for all in her care.
